Railroad History and Humor Books |
| I worked over 40 years for the CB&Q and BN Railroads as a section hand, telegrapher, agent, and trainmaster, and retired 16 years ago. I have collected railroadiana for nearly 50 years, and now I spend my time writing books about railroad history and small-town humor. |
| My books are all self-published and are typeset on a high-quality Hewlett-Packard laser printer. The pages are photocopied single-sided on a leased high-end commercial photocopier. (Color pages are produced on a commercial color photocopier at the local copy shop.) Every book has heavy cardstock covers. The book pages are punched and comb bound with high-quality plastic comb bindings. I do everything myself - writing, scanning photos, printing, photocopying, collating, and binding. This process allows me to deliver the highest quality books at the lowest possible price. |
| I sell my books at railroad shows around the Midwest, and by mail order through this Web site. To find out how to order, click here. To find out more about my books, check out the catalog listing below. I provide a 100% unconditional guarantee that you will like my books. Any book you purchase that is not satisfactory may be returned within ten days for a full refund. |
