Sock Puppets Are Good For You

Mary, over at Mary's Guide to Sock Puppet Therapy tells us what we've known all along: sock puppets are good for you. Just as pets have become an important part of therapy for depression, especially when dealing with children or the elderly, Mary understands that sock puppets can be an important tool for helping people communicate. "Put a sock in it" is an impolite euphemism for telling someone to be quiet, but "Put a sock on it" just might be an effective way to get people to start talking. By the way, I am available for therapy sessions at my usual rate of $100/hour (fee waived for gorgeous broads).
